Constellations

Constellations allow us to not just work with but dive into the undertow. In our day-to-day lives, we often tend not to pay attention to these dynamics. Ironically, they are what shape the flow of our organizations. A constellation is a simply and yet powerful tool to uncover these dynamics, gain valuable insights and provide change on a deep systemic level. 

A constellation is a method based in systemic work. This means that the relations between people and events is center stage, not the individuals. By zooming out, we enable the participants to access information that is stored in the subconscious of the system. This will allow you to literally see the bigger picture. During a constellation we work with whatever presents itself. And everything that needs to show itself will show itself, at exactly the right time.
