We are a collective of professionals. With coaching, trainings and policy advice we aim for more social safety within organizations. We maintain a three step approach:
Step 1 – Organizational constellations
A method that explores and identifies organizational dynamics beneath the surface. Which allows us to identify the genuine challenges beyond the usual daily affairs.
Step 2 – Training & coaching
Based on the outcome(s) of step one, we create custom-made programs for your employees to help them improve their skill set and stimulate professional development.
Step 3 – strategy & policy
With the input collected from steps one and two we will solidify these changes in strategies and policy, creating a roadmap that will lead to futureproof organizational structures.
